Please step in and learn more about flavonoids! These web pages are created for disseminating information about flavonoids for the public. The pages are part of an EU-funded project “Flavonoids in fruits and vegetables: their impact on food quality, nutrition and human health” (acronym FLAVO), and the aim of the pages is to provide scientifically based information about flavonoids in a comprehensible language. In addition, the website will also inform about the on-going research carried out in the FLAVO-project.
